Long overdue post

Wow, where to begin? Oh yes. Here is the after photo of what happened to Miss B when she jumped.

So Not Cool Mom LOL

Things are going great here. Blake is getting much better every day. He is starting to smile more and really interact. Sleeping is getting better too. Finally started to get a schedule down during the day. At night it's getting better as well. He is either sleeping 4-5 hours or if he has been awake most of the day, he won't wake up until 4 or 5 in the morning when we put him down at 730pm. He is such a stubborn little guy though. Sometimes for nap time I have to let him cry it out and he will cry, like literally red in the face cry, for 20 minutes. He won't give it up. It's funny sometimes, but it gets on my last nerve too. He loves to be held, yes he has already figured out how to get what he wants. He's getting really good at it. LOL

When we went to the doctor for him back at the beginning of June he weight 13 lbs and was 24 inches long. Can you believe that?! He is going to be big and is going to be bigger than Bayleigh is in no time. We measured her the other day (we have one of those height charts) and she was only 32 inches at 22 months old. LOL Yeah, Blake is going to be huge! Haha Bayleigh doesn't have a chance when they are older.

I swear, Miss B is getting smarter by the second. That child amazes me every day at how smart she is. She knows her please and thank yous, I love you - then added all by herself "Momma Dadda." We were shocked when she said that. She has started to kick the soccer ball. I LOVE IT! She is starting to speak in sentences too. It's awesome!

Matt and I are doing well. We just got debt free so we are thrilled about that. So we celebrated with a bottle of wine last night. :) We are so excited about our Pensacola trip next week. I cannot tell you how bad Matt and I are looking forward to this trip. We are going to have so much fun. Grandma and Grandpa are coming Wednesday to watch the kids until we get back. I know they cannot wait to see them. You both will be shocked at how big Blake is already.

Since we are debt free now, Matt let me get a horse. I am so excited. He is so pretty. He's basically a project horse but I plan on keeping him a long time. He's only 4 and needs more weight but when he matures he's going to look so good. He comes from cutting bloodlines and I'm so excited about him. He really tucks his but when you ask him to "whoa", more than Koda did. Sylia came with me this time and looked at him and said he looks sound and his conformation is really nice. Which makes me feel a lot better about him since I spent a lot on Koda at the vet trying to figure out her issues. I can't wait to get him. Hopefully this weekend. The trainer that has been working with him said that I have a really nice seat and was surprised at how well I rode. He thought the horse was going to be too much for me, but was happy that he saw I could handle him. The horse kind of took off on me but I got him under control. I'm so happy about him.

Ok, I am going to upload photos later tonight. I PROMISE! I've uploaded some on facebook, but I am being summoned b/c Blake won't go to sleep. :)

♥ K

Glad things are going better. Congrats on being debt free. We're almost there - just need house and only owe a little more on Tahoe. I plan on going to Houston when mom/dad are there. Cole will be excited to see Bayleigh. It's been a while.
